In the midst of your fast paced life, you can learn to be happy, healthy, and peaceful. You don’t have to leave the world behind and run off to a cave to learn mindfulness and reduce stress.
Join author and yoga teacher Beryl Bender Birch to discover how to make your life a mindfulness practice and find serenity amid everyday uncertainty and turbulence.
Through four forms of yoga practice—meditation, movement, conscious breathing, and yoga nidra—discover how to cultivate everyday mindfulness and gain a greater awareness and deeper understanding of who you truly are.
Beryl will inspire you to choose to be grateful, choose joy, and be present to all that happens in each moment. Her asana practice (yoga sequence) known as "Present Power" is a dynamic sequence of poses designed to balance the body and quiet the mind. All Levels are welcome.
Her philosophy is simply this: Everyone has the ability to focus their mind on the present moment, which is where life is lived and the only place you can ever be. Then, the future will take care of itself.
Class size is limited, pre-registration is recommended.
You do NOT need to have pay pal to register on line, ALL credit cards are securely accepted. Or, pay cash, check or charge at the studio or "at the door" space permitting.
