I have happily been a member of Heartsong for several years. Meeting Sheila and the other teachers has truly been a blessing. There really is something for everybody, as I have experienced so many different classes. There is no judgement from others, you can modify your positions to what is best for you. The best part is Zoom, if I can’t make it to the studio I can always tune in. Blessings to my tribe at Heartsong.
