Mindful Yoga for Women Only is specially designed for women, providing a safe and welcoming space to strengthen the body and restore the spirit. Taught by Heather Monson, this class is based on the practices of Mindful Yoga Therapy, this all levels yoga class will support both physical and emotional well being through the use of mindful movement, meditation, yoga nidra and the practice of gratitude. As we find a renewed hopefulness and inner courage to transform ourselves, we will uncover our inner light and allow it to shine brightly.
