Join Lisa Bullen for this playful exploration of the practice of yoga, appropriate for all ages, especially those who just want to have some fun and enjoy a light hearted approach to practicing as a family and a community. Expect to make some noise, to celebrate animals and nature, and to enjoy some partner yoga. All are welcome, families, friends, and all yoga buddies of all ages. Find the yoga kid inside yourself!
There are no childcare facilities at Heartsong Yoga, as the classes are designed for adults.
We have had some wonderful younger students who come with their parents, please speak with us before bringing them to class. Midde School and High School students are always welcome, at a very special price.
Children are invited to attend our monthly Family Yoga classes held on the first and third Sunday of each month, or join our Brain Break Yoga for Boys, Girls or Teens offered seasonally.

A yoga practice offers many benefits for a healthy pregnancy and healthy parenting. It can help to create strength and flexibility, and to develop steady focus and attention. Stress reduction and relaxation will support you throughout the pregnancy and during labor and delivery. Classes are ongoing, and new students are welcome to begin anytime. While these classes are appropriate for all levels of pregnancy, please consult your doctor before beginning this practice.
If Saturday morning prenatal classes do not fit your schedule, please consider joining one of our gentle classes, let the instructor know that you are expecting, and you can enjoy the benefits of yoga in these classes. You will learn to modify and be encouraged to rest in some poses, but most of the class will be accessible to you.
