Sunday Afternoon Matinee Movie, Sunday, December 9, 3 to 5:30 pm. FREE community event. Featuring the film "The Way" about The Camino de Santiago, a spiritual journey that pilgrims of all faiths and backgrounds have traversed for over a thousand years. Our own Jane Anable took this trip this fall, and she will discuss her journey and tell her story about this profound experience. The movie is a powerful and inspirational story about family, friends and the challenges we face while navigating this ever-changing and complicated world. Martin Sheen plays Tom, and his son is played by Emilio Estevez. Through unexpected and oftentimes amusing experiences along "The Way," Tom discovers the difference between "the life we live and the life we choose."
