Brain Break Yoga for Boys, 8 - 13

A Mindful Yoga practice to calm and balance the nervous system. Tuesdays, 4 to 5 pm, starts April 28. Developed to assist those with the challenges of stress, anxiety, and attention through the use of breath, movement, meditation and relaxation. A class perfect for Caregivers will be "across the hall" at the same time, and special pricing is available for these specialty classes. This brand new pilot program will be taught by Heartsong's Heather Monson, who trained in Mindful Yoga Therapy offering breathwork, meditation, mindful movement and gratitude. Special Pricing for this class: $60. for 6 classes, for one child. $120. for 6 classes, one child and one caregiver's class "across the hall" at the same time.
