Ashtanga Yoga Course begins, 6 weeks.

Time: 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM

This progressive 6 week course introduces the Ashtanga system of yoga, sometimes called Power Yoga. This traditional style of yoga is more athletic; it's hot and strong, with a flowing graceful sequence that is learned over time. No drop ins welcome at this course. Pre register and Pre pay, $90. One makeup given per session, to be taken in a drop in class. Last day to start the course is Feb. 6.
